Terms of service

Short version: Xovium drafts ads and builds paused campaigns in your own ad accounts. You review them, you launch them, and you are responsible for what runs. Here is the longer version.
What the service is
Xovium is a self-serve tool. You describe what you want to advertise, a campaign agent asks you questions, and Xovium drafts copy and images and creates a paused campaign in the Meta or Google Ads account you connected. Nothing runs or spends until you switch it on inside that platform.
Xovium is free to use at the moment. Any advertising spend is billed by Meta or Google to your own ad account under their terms, not ours.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.
Your ad accounts and your ads
You may only connect ad accounts and Pages you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting them you allow Xovium and its connection partner Windsor.ai to read the account list and create campaigns, ad sets and ads in them.
You are the advertiser. Before you launch anything, you are responsible for checking that the copy, image, audience, budget and landing page comply with Meta's and Google's advertising policies and with the law where your ads show. Xovium drafts; it does not approve, and it cannot see or control what you launch.
Generated content
Copy and images are produced by AI models from what you tell us. They can be wrong, generic or unsuitable. Review everything. You own the drafts we create for you, and you must not use them to mislead, infringe anyone's rights, or break platform rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Xovium for prohibited or restricted categories under the platforms' policies, for content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful, or to interfere with the service or other users' accounts.
No guarantees
Xovium is provided as is. We do not promise that a campaign will be approved by a platform, that it will perform, or that the service will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, which is currently nothing.
Ending things
You can disconnect your accounts or ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Campaigns already created in your ad account remain yours and are unaffected.
